Hello! My name is Ben, and I’m from the UK. I was born and raised in the ‘beautiful’ English countryside, where I spent my days playing football and going to museums. When I was 18, I left home to study English at University. While I was there, I became interested in both China and teaching English. When I left University I moved straight to a small Chinese city called Baotou, where I worked as a teacher for a while. I moved to Qingdao because it’s a really beautiful city, and I love being near the sea! When I’m not relaxing on the beach, I enjoy watching old movies, running and most of all eating delicious seafood!
